Let’s learn together: The Art of Noticing by Rob Walker

This week, we want to center our attention on The Art of Noticing, written by Rob Walker. This book created an opportunity for our team to learn, so we'd thought we share some thoughts with you all!

Let's think about it for a sec. The art of "noticing" may sound more than simple, but ask yourself this: How often do you feel like you are on auto-pilot? Going through the motions and just barely hanging on until the weekend to finally catch your breath? While there are so many beautiful and important things in this life, the world doesn't stop for anyone. Taking the time to notice life's details isn't in your job description - but it should be.

What's working well in your life? What isn't? What part of your routine can be improved? How much more fulfilled would you feel if you were more in tune with your family, friends and yourself? The art of noticing sounds simple because it is. We just have to make it a priority. While you're reading this, go ahead and take a deep breath. Make the conscious choice to simply start to N O T I C E more.

We know life can sometimes get real crazy, real fast. But at the end of the day always remember: you are a human being experiencing this ride. Let's collectively make an effort to notice the highs and deal with the lows. ✨
