We leverage creative thinking using Creative Flow Alchemy® Method as our compass to teach marginalized students, educators, employees, managers, and leaders how to innovate — so they can solve problems that matter.

Our four-season framework — with a diverse range of characteristics and focal points —  helps you uncover your Divine Natural Approach (DNA) and carve a unique pathway for creative living and leading. When you discover where you are on your journey, you gain the clarity and direction you need to intentionally transform every area of your life.

RACHEL RAI HENRY

Entrepreneur. Speaker. Creative Thinking & Innovation Expert. Teacher. Leadership Developer.

There are multiple ways to describe Rachel Rai Henry.

But the title that most accurately reflects her gifts is Creative Flow Alchemist.

Translation: Rachel spins high potential into leadership gold.

Motivated by a desire to make a positive impact on the world, she shares her experience, education, and life lessons to help Entrepreneurial, Corporate, and Future Leaders leverage creative thinking to achieve more influence, impact, and income.

Alisa D. |Impact Coordinator - Marketing

Obtaining a BA in Media Arts at the University of North Texas led me to discover there are infinite possibilities in how we, as creative beings, can tell important stories. Now, as a heart-centered creative in the marketing sector, I seek passion and impact wherever I set foot. From copywriting and design to editing and creative direction - I have the will to do it all! In my personal freetime, I am either hardcore binging a six-part television series on Netflix or passionately dancing in my living room like nobody's watching.

Bre T. |Impact Coordinator - Events

Born and raised in Detroit, MI. Mom, Wife, & Entrepreneur. Spreading wisdom and positivity as an aspiring life coach and mentor to young women globally brings me joy. Outside of traveling and enjoying new destinations, I enjoy making memorable experiences for others as an Event Coordinator. I’m proud to expound on impact and be a part of a mission that provides educational resources where people come together and explore new opportunities.

Dee A. Impact Coordinator - Administration

Immigrating from Jamaica to the US showed me how big of an impact one change or person can make on your journey. As a purpose-driven individual, I like to make my impact by being a guru at all things systems and organization for living a beautiful life. When I take a break from changing the world, I hang out with my labrador, Theo, and being pages deep in a romantic novel.
