Creating Space for Workforce Development Professionals
Not long ago a young woman asked me “at what point in life did you realize your passion?”
And the truth is, I’ve always known my passion – creating space.
That is why I founded Creative Flow School — not only to create space for others but also to help them see the value of creating space for themselves — especially the leaders of agencies, businesses, and communities who are committed to creating a more equitable future for all.
I believe when leaders have the tools to combine intuition and intellect, we are able to create socially responsible initiatives that make a huge impact in the workforce and beyond.
And in the spirit of Workforce Development Professionals Month, I’m truly grateful to announce that I’ve been selected as a presenter for NAWDP Youth Symposium this November in Charlotte, NC.
National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) provides the professional development, resources, and certification credibility to individuals seeking to thrive in the workforce development industry as thought leaders and innovators.
I am honored to be presenting Creative Flow School at NAWDP's Youth Symposium, bringing together thought leaders and stakeholders whose focus is providing workforce development opportunities for the future leaders of tomorrow.
Now, tell me this: In what exciting ways are you creating space for our future workforce leaders?
